Can't sign in?
You need an existing Telegram account; the app cannot create one. If your number has no account yet, create one in the official Telegram app, then sign in with your phone number and the code Telegram sends.
A backup stopped?
On Android a running backup continues in the background with a notification. On iPhone it shows as a Live Activity; on iOS below 26 it pauses about 30 seconds after you leave the app and resumes when you return.
Got a new phone?
Sign in with the same Telegram account and your library and albums come back. The Recycle Bin is the exception: it is kept per phone and does not move with you.
Deleted something by mistake?
Deleted photos and files wait in the Recycle Bin for 30 days, unless you chose Delete Forever or emptied the bin. Open it from Settings to restore them.
Where are my backups?
In the private ☁️ Keepix Unlimited Cloud Storage channel inside your own Telegram account, one message per file. Deleting that channel deletes the backups, so leave it in place.
A problem with your Telegram account?
Keepix is not made by Telegram. For a login code that never arrives, a banned or deleted account, or a lost phone number, contact Telegram support.
